[02.1] CreativeBuildLab, registered at 122 42 Skärblackavägen 20, Enskede, Sweden, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all visitors and clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable Swedish data protection legislation.

[02.2] We collect and process personal data only for legitimate business purposes including: project communication, service delivery, invoice processing, and statutory tax reporting. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

[02.3] Personal data collected includes: name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, and project specifications submitted via our contact form. This data is stored in encrypted EU-hosted systems and is never sold, rented, or distributed to unauthorized third parties.

[02.4] Data retention: Project-related personal data is retained for 3 years following the conclusion of the business relationship or as required by applicable tax and commercial record-keeping obligations. Cookie data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

[03.1] All digital services, software deliverables, and creative development packages provided by CreativeBuildLab are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and CreativeBuildLab, registered at 122 42 Skärblackavägen 20, Enskede, Sweden.

[03.2] Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements. CreativeBuildLab reserves the right to adjust timelines for scope changes requested after project initiation, with prior written notification to the Client.

[03.3] Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, CreativeBuildLab assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement.

[03.4] CreativeBuildLab retains the right to reference completed projects in portfolio materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

[03.5] Limitation of liability: CreativeBuildLab's total liability under any project agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

[04.1] CreativeBuildLab uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze site performance, and deliver relevant content. This policy describes how cookies are used on our website.

[04.2] Essential Cookies: Strictly necessary for website functionality including session management, security tokens, and CSRF protection. These cookies do not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

[05.1] CreativeBuildLab is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or reimbursements may be issued for services rendered by CreativeBuildLab, registered at 122 42 Skärblackavägen 20, Enskede, Sweden.

[05.2] Pre-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

[05.3] Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the Client is invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payment exceeding the pro-rated amount will be refunded within 14 business days.

[05.4] Delivery Discrepancy: If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed Statement of Work, the Client must notify CreativeBuildLab within 14 days of delivery. CreativeBuildLab will, at its discretion, remedy the discrepancy or issue a partial refund proportional to the affected deliverables.

[05.5] Non-Refundable Items: Third-party license fees, domain registration costs, hosting setup fees, and consulting hours already rendered are non-refundable. These costs are clearly itemized in project invoices.
